In particular, the airport "Tito Minniti" registering an 8% increase in passenger traffic neither invested in, nor exploited the several user groups, such as the one from Messina: the journey between the airport and the port of Messina , launched in 2010, does not provide any trips that coincide with the first two flights departing to and the last two arriving from Milan and Rome and direct check-in services from "Minniti" have never been implemented despite continuous requests.
